Index Investment Group Closes deal on 444 units in Tampa with American Landmark

Index Investment Group announces the successful closing as of April 30th, of its deal with American Landmark for The Pointe on Westshore, a 444-unit, 20-building luxury rental apartment community located on the corner of S West Shore Boulevard and Interbay Blvd in Tampa, FL that was completed in 2022. Index will remain in the deal as a limited partner. Colliers' Florida Multifamily Team acted as the advisor for Index Investment Group in what was one of the largest sales of a stand-alone multifamily asset in the market to date in 2024. The Pointe on Westshore was constructed by Verdex Construction through the difficult times that came with COVID-19. The property was successfully leased up and managed by Arlington Properties.
