Albertsons, Tom Thumb and Randalls Stores in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas Recall Four Deli Chicken Products in Cooperation with Gourmet Boutique LLC's Recall of Chicken Products Due to Undeclared Milk Allergen
BOISE, Idaho, June 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In cooperation with Gourmet Boutique LLC's recall of ready-to-eat breaded chicken products, Albertsons, Tom Thumb and Randalls stores in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas are recalling four deli chicken products made with Gourmet Boutique's recalled breaded chicken. Gourmet Boutique was notified by an ingredient supplier that the bread crumbs it received and used in the recalled products potentially contained undeclared milk.
People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products. The recalled products are sold from the salad bar in the deli area. This recall impacts the following products:

The items are packaged in a black tray with a clear lid. The breaded chicken cutlets cold can be sold individually in bags from the salad bar. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the recalls.
