Media Invitation - XII Metropolis World Congress - More than 140 mayors meet in Montreal to discuss major global challenges

MONTREAL, June 19, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - The XII Metropolis World Congress will be officially launched tomorrow. The opening ceremony will be attended by numerous dignitaries, including The Honourable Denis Coderre, Mayor of Montreal and President of Metropolis, Mr. Philippe Couillard, Quebec Premier and Mrs. Monique F. Leroux, President of the Board of Directors of the Congress. The Prime Minister of Canada, the Right Honourable Justin Trudeau, will participate in a panel at the end of the day alongside Mr. Coderre and Mayor of Paris Mrs. Anne Hidalgo.

More than 140 mayors and 1500 local and international delegates from 85 countries will discuss and exchange on major global challenges at the Montreal Palais des congrès.
