KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Pioneer Services, a Division of MidCountry Bank was recently named a 2017 Excellence in Customer Service (EICS) Award recipient by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Southern Colorado. This award recognizes a company's on-going commitment to customer service, employee training practices, and the overall customer experience.
A company must undergo a comprehensive evaluation process to be considered for this recognition. This includes an initial nomination, then a nine-month long submission and evaluation period in which the BBB evaluates an organization's customer service processes, conflict resolution procedures, and customer service metrics, and includes on-site visits by external evaluators for a firsthand view of employees in action.
"Pioneer Services has put significant time and resources into developing its customer service processes, and a corporate culture, that treats military families with the respect they not only deserve ?but have earned," said Jodi Vickery, President of Pioneer Services. "We're pleased that the BBB has recognized Pioneer's commitment to and treatment of service members, and we're proud of our team members around the country who made this award possible."
This is the fourth EICS award for the Pioneer Services' Colorado Springs office, which also won the award in 2007, 2008, and 2014. In addition to the award, the company was interviewed on 740AM Talk Radio about its business practices, while the BBB produced a video highlighting Pioneer Services, its commitment to customer service, and all of the things it does in the community.
Pioneer Services has provided financial services to the military community for over 30 years, helping 1.4 million military families. As a Division of MidCountry Bank, a federal savings bank, the company has been recognized on multiple occasions for its commitment to business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and financial literacy efforts.
