Product Safety Recall Notice - RC Pet Products Wooly Wonkztm Dog and Cat Toys
VANCOUVER, Dec. 12, 2017 /CNW/ - RC Products Ltd. has identified a product quality issue with its Wooly Wonkz dog and cat toys. Pieces of sharp metal have been found within the stuffing of a small number of toys, which may cause harm to pets if chewed or ingested.
While RC Pets is currently unaware of any issues impacting animal health, RC Pets is undertaking a voluntarily recall and replacement of all affected toys as a precautionary measure.
RC Pets believes that the objects were inadvertently inserted into the stuffing during the manufacturing process. There is no evidence of product tampering.
