Netwrix Funds "Hurricane Harvey: Help Children Weather the Storm" Project

IRVINE, Calif., Jan. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Netwrix Corporation, provider of a visibility platform for user behavior analysis and risk mitigation in hybrid environments, today announced that it supports UNISEF USA's "Hurricane Harvey: Help Children Weather the Storm" initiative. The project aims to raise funds for most vulnerable children affected by Hurricane Harvey and help them get back to school in safe learning environments.

The "Hurricane Harvey: Help Children Weather the Storm" project supports schools and other educational systems in Texas and aims to help children in the hardest-hit areas get back to learning. Hurricane Harvey impacted nearly 3 million children in Texas and other regions ? they lost their homes, schools and communities, along with their sense of security and well-being. UNISEF works with local partners and authorities to give the most vulnerable and economically disadvantaged children access to resources, protection and other assistance. In particular, the organization provides educational and recreational materials, school supplies, uniforms, temporary classrooms, and other resources to create and maintain healthy learning environments.

"Hurricane Harvey was one of the worst natural disasters in the U.S. history, and it is our duty to help children whose lives have been turned upside down get back to normal school life so they can acquire knowledge and build their futures. This year has been particularly successful for Netwrix, and we are glad to contribute to UNISEF's project and spread the word to draw more attention to urgent needs of children affected by Hurricane Harvey," said Michael Fimin, CEO and co-founder of Netwrix.
