PHOENIX, May 4, 2018 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) is offering assistance to its members who have been affected by the Tinder Fire in northern Arizona.

As part of BCBSAZ's emergency response plan, members living in the Blue Ridge area impacted by the fire restrictions can seek early refills on their retail and mail-order prescriptions, which may be shipped to an alternative address.

Members who need help with their coverage during this emergency are encouraged to call the number on the back of their I.D. card, if available, or call (800) 232-2345. If their current provider is inaccessible and they need an alternative BCBSAZ network healthcare provider, they can visit the online directory at azblue.com/providers.
