AshBritt Makes Significant Debris Recovery Progress Post Hurricane Michael

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Nov. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the devastation caused by Hurricane Michael, AshBritt Environmental has made significant progress in debris recovery efforts throughout the panhandle of Florida.  AshBritt is working under prepositioned contracts in Leon, Gulf, and Bay counties.  Making local economic recovery a priority, AshBritt has hired numerous local contractors to assist with the post disaster clean-up.

To date, AshBritt, has collected approximately:

• Bay County (includes CY for Callaway, Springfield, & Lynn Haven): 750,000 cubic yards, including the removal of more than 4,000 hazardous tree and trees limbs
• Gulf County: 165,000 cubic yards
• Leon County: 490,000 cubic yards, including the removal of more than 800 hazardous tree and trees limbs
• City of Tallahassee: 250,000 cubic yards, including about 50 trees
