Purple Heart Recipient, Rick Turner, Surprised by WiseLift in Honor of Veterans Day


DALLAS, Nov. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- WiseLift, designer of the most advanced sleeper lift chair, went the extra mile to thank veterans for their service by donating a WiseLift 450 sleeper lift chair to local veteran Rick Turner. Mr. Turner, 82nd Airborne and Purple Heart Recipient, operates a nonprofit for veterans called "Spirit of a Hero."  The nonprofit provides financial, moral and community support to veterans of the United States Armed Forces.  

Mr. Turner, a two-time combat veteran, who is widely known and respected throughout the veteran community as always giving to others and never receiving for himself was selected to receive a WiseLift chair as a small token of appreciation for all he does for others. He was given the chair during a segment of Lifting Spirits, WiseLift's streaming tv show aimed at sharing positive stories. Click here for video.

After giving Mr. Turner his WiseLift 450, the company announced the kick off of a national campaign in which WiseLift will give away a sleeper lift chair valued at $2500 dollars.
