NTI Launches Website to Attract Inclusive Business Partners

BOSTON, Feb. 05, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- NTI, the leader in providing job services to Americans with disabilities, today announced the launch of their new website at http://www.nticentral.org. Recent research shows companies that score high on the DEI (Disability Equality Index) experience up to 28% higher revenue and report twice the net income ("Getting to Equal: The Disability Inclusion Advantage," Accenture 2018). As more companies see the benefit of disability inclusion to the bottom line, NTI stands poised to guide them into reaping the unique benefits employees with disabilities can bring.

NTI's newly designed website will help businesses that want to create an inclusive workforce hire Americans with disabilities. While there are two divisions of NTI that provide job services directly to the disability community--LandAjob and NTI@Home, each with its own new website--NTI is now adding a site designed specifically to attract and provide information to companies interested in making diversity and inclusion a business priority. The decision to revamp NTI's website to focus on businesses who want to create a more inclusive environment was a strategic one that NTI COO Alan Hubbard hopes will encourage partnerships between NTI and companies interested in making inclusion a priority. "Potential clients looking for agents to staff a contact center can now find needed information quickly and easily," Hubbard said.

The mission of NTI is to provide job services to people with disabilities in the United States. To accomplish that mission, NTI partners with companies who can provide those jobs. NTI@Home (http://www.ntiathome.org) offers at-home jobs in the customer service sector and LandAjob (http://www.landajob.org) includes a database of companies hiring for traditional workplace jobs. The new website explains attrition rates for the kind of jobs NTI typically offers run between 30 and 45 percent, but employees hired through NTI's work-at-home program have attrition rates as low as 8 percent. Low turnover, combined with lower training costs, and savings on office space and equipment means additional savings to the bottom line for companies who use NTI-trained agents. The new website streamlines the process of partnership for interested companies.

"Our new website has been in the works for a long time, and we are thrilled with the new look and design that will enable potential clients to understand NTI and the various job services we make available to Americans with disabilities, including disabled veterans," said Kate Brouse, Public Relations Administrator. "Visitors who are looking for jobs will be able to understand what options and services are available, including free training, at-home jobs, and reimbursements for job-related expenses. Companies interested in partnering with NTI to offer jobs will quickly understand the benefits employees with disabilities bring to the table, including higher revenue and net income to the company."

Visitors are encouraged to explore and register for NTI's job services. "This revamping of NTI's website is just one more way we are showing our commitment to helping Americans with disabilities gain freedom and independence by rejoining the workforce," said Mike Sanders, Director of Marketing. "We hope visitors will appreciate the simplified layout designed to help job seekers set goals and understand timeframes and to help potential business partners see the benefits of collaborating with NTI." The website also includes a newsroom with updates about NTI's advocacy work across the nation and around the world and press releases about the non-profit's activities and contributions in the disability community.

NTI is a 501 (c)(3) (http://www.nticentral.org) non-profit organization headquartered in Boston, MA. NTI has been providing job services to Americans with disabilities since 1995. The NTI@Home program provides free training and job search services for work-at-home customer service positions across the United States. The LandAjob program helps Americans on SSI/SSDI search for on-site jobs and get reimbursed for job related expenses. NTI pioneered staffing virtual call centers with Americans with Disabilities, including Disabled Veterans, who work from home.
