Steel Reef Increases Dividend to $0.0225 per Common Share


CALGARY, Alberta, Feb. 05, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Steel Reef Infrastructure Corp. ("Steel Reef") is pleased to announce the declaration of a dividend of $0.0225 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2018 payable on March 15, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 5, 2019. This provides shareholders with over a 12.5% increase in the dividend over the previous quarter. The dividend is considered to be an "eligible dividend" for Canadian tax purposes.
