Wayland Group Announces Facility Drawdown

TORONTO, March 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wayland Group (CSE:WAYL) (FRANKFURT: 75M) (OTCQB:MRRCF) ("Wayland" or the "Company") today announced that it has completed the drawdown of the third facility under its previously-announced subscription agreement with Alpha Blue and has issued the corresponding Convertible Debenture and Facility Warrants.  Please refer to the Company's news release of February 20, 2019 for further details.
