FHE Health Is Now a Provider with VA Partner TriWest Healthcare Alliance

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., May 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- FHE Health has contracted with TriWest Healthcare Alliance, a partner of the Department of Veterans Affairs serving America's veterans and military community in administering high-quality healthcare.

The new partnership between the Florida-based treatment center and VA insurance provider couldn't come at a more critical time: every day in this country, six U.S. veterans will lose their lives to suicide, while many more suffer from PTSD and related issues like addiction and substance abuse? only because they lack access to adequate treatment.

Now, many more U.S. veterans, active military and their families will be able to afford high-quality mental healthcare that meets their treatment needs. (TriWest serves veterans in every state in the Union, providing behavioral health care services to veterans nationwide when the VA does not have the capability to do so within one of its own facilities.)

Thanks to the new partnership with FHE Health, TriWest members and their families will be able to receive affordable and comprehensive treatment via FHE Health's cutting-edge treatment programs? including "Shatterproof," a program designed especially for vets and first responders with PTSD and other mental health conditions.

Chief Compliance and Operations Officer Rami Sleiman, who helped to facilitate FHE Health's contract with TriWest, explained why FHE Health chose to partner with TriWest: "We wanted to express our gratitude to the men and women who every day put themselves on the line for our freedoms. Far too often they go without adequate care for their mental health needs. Because we're uniquely positioned and experienced to serve this population?through our Shatterproof program?we're able to say "thank you" in a way that really makes a difference."

TriWest Healthcare has been caring for America's service members and veterans for over 22 years. Through their national network of trusted providers, they offer extensive behavioral health options, with the goal of providing veterans with high-quality care closer to home that is also accessible when needed.
