The FBI Cleveland Citizens Academy Alumni Association Announces Glenn Smith as New Chairman

CLEVELAND, Jan. 8, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, the FBI Cleveland Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBICLECAAA) announced Glenn Smith as the organization's new Chairman. Smith joined the FBICLECAAA Board of Directors after graduating from the FBI Citizens Academy in 2018 and took on the role of Vice President of Communications soon after.

"I am honored to have been voted in as Chairman of the FBI Cleveland Citizens Academy Alumni Association," said Smith. "I look forward to working with my fellow committee and board members to foster awareness with programs and services that help the Cleveland FBI build safer communities."

As the CEO of World Synergy, Smith looks forward to leveraging his company's integrated business services to offer a unique, customized combination of marketing and technology solutions for the FBICLECAAA. Specifically, he has donated inkind services which have already improved the organization's marketing, operations, and accounting processes by implementing Oracle NetSuite ERP software. The FBICLECAAA will be able to achieve its growth, longevity, and fundraising goals with this cutting-edge program in place.

"The appointment of Glenn Smith as President of the FBICLECAAA is outstanding," says Richard Schwalberg, COO of Menorah Park and former FBICLECAAA Chairman and Regional Chapter Coordinator. "Since serving on the FBICLECAAA Board, he has shown a strong commitment through his work in fundraising, website development, and other important services. Glenn will bring the organization to a higher level through his business leadership accomplishments and his community service efforts. As CEO of World Synergy, he will bring leadership, management, marketing, planning, and technological skills and expertise to the organization. These skills will be of critical value to the FBICLECAAA Board, and to the work of the Cleveland Chapter and the Northern Ohio community we serve."
