Traliant Announces Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Training

The ADA is a federal law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities in all aspects of employment, and requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified applicants and employees. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which enforces the ADA, said that employers are expected to comply with their ADA obligations during the COVID-19 pandemic, while following the most current guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention or state and local public health officials.

Online ADA Training
