BJG Electronics CEO Rick Flora Retires and Kent Smith is Named President & CEO

RONKONKOMA, N.Y., Aug. 13, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- After a 33 year career with BJG Electronics on Long Island, Rick Flora announced his retirement effective 31 Dec. BJG's president Kent Smith was named as President & CEO. Smith has served as BJG's president since February of this year. Flora will continue to serve as a member of BJG's board of directors going forward.

BJG's chairman Glenn Davidson thanked Rick for his strong leadership and said that "Rick Flora, along with his brothers Joe and Jim, have built BJG in to an industry leader widely recognized by the world's largest military and aviation OEM's as a reliable source for their most critical parts."
