11:30 a.m.	The Prime Minister will make an announcement with Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence Lawrence MacAulay, Minister of Public Services and Procurement Anita Anand, and President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada and Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs Dominic LeBlanc. Chief Public Health Officer of Canada Dr. Theresa Tam and Deputy Chief Public Health Officer of Canada Dr. Howard Njoo will be in attendance. A media availability will follow.
