Navy SEAL Foundation Announces the Release of the NEW Navy SEAL 3050 Series by Official Partner Luminox

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., May 24, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Navy SEAL Foundation is excited to announce a new collaborative timepiece by their Official Partner, Luminox.

In 1992, a Navy SEAL named Nick North was given a unique mission: Cut through the darkness. The SEALs needed a watch that was tough enough to withstand the most brutal conditions on earth while also being designed in a way that allowed them to be used on night missions in the darkest corners of enemy territory. His search led him to Luminox, and a partnership with the world's most elite force was born. Now, Luminox is proud to partner with an organization shining a light on the issues facing veterans and their families. Luminox has been a long-time partner and supporter of the Navy SEALs and has deepened this relationship as an Official Partner of the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF).

The partnership includes collaborative & limited-edition timepieces, sponsoring various athletic & fundraising events supporting the NSF, and gifting watches to winners, donors, and influencers to spread awareness for the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) community and its families.

"We value all the sacrifices the Navy SEALs and their families make to bring safety and security to this country. They are an essential part of Luminox's history, trusting us and becoming a guide for our brand. Continuing our relationship with the Navy SEAL Foundation gives us the chance to give back to the community that has provided us all with so much," said Lumondi CEO Lluis Sole.

NSF is the premier benevolent organization supporting the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) community and its families and has been working to meet that mission since it was founded in 2000.

"We are extremely grateful to Luminox for all their support over the years and couldn't be more excited about them becoming an Official Partner," said Chris Irwin, Director of Partnerships for NSF. "They have been dedicated to the mission of NSW for nearly 30 years, so this partnership only demonstrates the strength of their resolve."

The new Navy SEAL 3050 Series is designed exclusively with the NSF. It will be available online and at select retailers beginning May 24, 2021. The 3051.GO.NSF features an all "grey out" color palette, which provides a tactical look that operators can wear as requested by the Navy SEAL Foundation. The dial, strap, case, crown, and indices are all a tone-on-tone grey, and the dial features a monochrome Luminox Logo. It is constructed from ultralight and ultradurable CARBONOXtm, and features Luminox's Light Technology, ensuring that your timepiece is visible in any light conditions for up to 25 years. As the third watch released in collaboration with the Navy SEAL Foundation, the Navy SEAL Foundation is now represented in each evolution of Luminox's Navy SEAL Series, further strengthening the partnership and highlighting the history of support between Luminox and the Navy SEALs.
