Midtown Beer Garden Grand Opening Party in Portland on August 20th

The outdoor venue, located on Southwest Fifth Avenue at Harvey Milk Street, just across from Expensify's headquarters, will seek to revive the midtown Portland community after years of challenges. Headline artist The Last Artful, Dodgr will be making her first Portland appearance at the grand opening party since her massive send-off show at Roseland Theater in 2019. Joining her will be The Shivas and Boka Marimba.

Midtown Beer Garden, a collaboration between Expensify and local restaurant group ChefStable, will foster a fun, safe, and clean environment for all ages. The space will feature:

• Roomy picnic-table seating for 300 people
• Permanent restrooms with daily cleaning
• Fenced perimeter with 24/7 security
• Custom paved lot with gold mica flakes and tan sealcoat
• Hundreds of fresh flowers and other greenery
• Heaters and tents for cold and rainy months
