EasyVista Amplifies Voices of Customers as Part of Its Customer-Centric Strategy

EasyVista, a leader in the end-to-end service management space, continues to make strides in building a customer centric-business. Their most recent Customer Advisory Board (CAB) was hosted in Tampa, Florida on September 12th, 2023.

EasyVista is committed to putting customers first?and it shows. The company has hosted multiple in-person events in 2023 (and many in previous years) across Europe and North America. The latest CAB meeting in North America included 14 customers, representing a variety of industry verticals and sizes, 3 partners from 2 companies, and 8 EasyVista staff members. In the meetings, realtime updates are given on new product releases and future plans to gather feedback from the most important people, EasyVista's end users. These in-person events allow customers to give the genuine product feedback, recommend improvements to the platform, and share what their own individual business goals are.

"EasyVista is striving to become the most customer-centric organization in our industry. The purpose of our CAB meeting is to focus our attention on the voice of the customer?enabling our company's leaders to hear our clients' priorities and sentiments in a meaningful way," Manu Bagaglia, Chief Customer Officer at EasyVista states. "By partnering with our customers and leveraging their collective wisdom, we can make product, customer experience, and operational decisions more confidently." The CABs, in conjunction with the recent re-launch of EV Exchange, an online forum where customers can ask questions and share tips about what they have learned about EV with other customers, further cements this mission.

EasyVista views their clients' goals and objectives as part of their own goals. Because, after all, without the client, there is no business. It is only in working together that better solutions are created. To participate in the next EasyVista CAB meeting, reach out to your dedicated representative today.
