THUNDER BAY, ON, Oct. 6, 2023 /CNW/ - Media representatives are advised that the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Indigenous Services, will make an announcement on behalf of the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, on protecting and restoring Lake Superior in northern Ontario.
Minister Hajdu will be joined by representatives of Lakehead University: Dr. Gillian Siddall, President and Vice-Chancellor; Dr. Batia Stolar, Associate Vice-President, Research and Graduate Studies; and Dr. Robert Stewart, Associate Professor, Geography and the Environment.
Following the announcement, Minister Hajdu will hold a media availability.
