Hazeltree President and CEO Stephanie Miller Joins SEI Board of Directors


Hazeltree, the leading provider of treasury and liquidity management solutions for the asset management industry, today announced that Stephanie Miller, President and CEO, joined the SEI® (NASDAQ: SEIC) Board of Directors. Miller will serve as a member of the Audit and Legal and Regulatory Oversight Committees, in addition to carrying out her Board responsibilities.

Recognized as a leader in the financial services industry, Miller brings more than 25 years of experience across financial services and a deep knowledge of technology, which uniquely position her to provide expertise on SEI's three pillars of capabilities: technology, operations, and asset management.

Miller was appointed as President and CEO of Hazeltree in October 2023, a role to which she brings her proven track record of leading successful organizations and driving business growth. She previously served as CEO of Intertrust Group. Most recently, she was the Chief Administrative Officer at Gilded and has also held executive roles at SS&C Technologies, JP Morgan, and Citco Fund Services.
