Tech Tackles Cancer Boston Aims to Crush Pediatric Cancer

Hack/Reduce, a Boston-based non-profit organization focused on creating talent and technology for the global big data-driven economy, today announced that the annual Tech Tackles Cancer (TTC) Boston charity event, being held this year on November 7, 2023 at the Sinclair in Cambridge, MA from 6-10 pm ET, is officially sold out.

"It has been an amazing response; we're on track to raise over $250K this year! The Boston technology community has really come together this year to support the fight against pediatric cancer, and I want to offer my sincerest thanks to everyone," said Chris Lynch, founder of TTC and CEO of AtScale. "We're planning a hell of a show, and we're thrilled there will be a full house in attendance to have a great time and keep the donations coming."

Due to the overwhelming response to this year's event, TTC has set up a livestream of the performance so those at home can still watch the concert, donate to support their favorites, and vote for the best performers of the night. The livestream can be accessed here on the day of the show: https://evt.live/tech-tackles-cancer-boston-2023.

Veteran Boston on-air personality Adam12 will be serving as the event's emcee. The event will also have a silent auction this year as well, where guests can continue to raise money for St. Baldrick's and One Mission through in-person donations.

Since 2012, TTC has harnessed the power of the Boston technology community to raise awareness and funds to support pediatric cancer causes. Past events have raised more than $3M in donations for organizations focused on pediatric cancer treatment and research.

This year's event will feature technology executives performing a single song backed by Boston-based Tony Savarino and the Savtones. Awards will be given for best vocals, best stage presence and most funds raised, and the audience will be able to vote for their favorite performances.

TTC would also like to remind anyone planning on attending that the dress code is "rock show chic."
