Intact Technology Appoints Christian Malone as Chief Architect

Intact Technology, Inc., a leading Enterprise Service Management (ESM) firm and ServiceNow Elite Partner, announces the appointment of Christian Malone as its Chief Architect, effective immediately.

Malone brings more than 25 years of experience spanning cloud, enterprise software, datacenter, monitoring, IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and systems architecture. He joins Intact from ServiceNow, a leading digital workflow company, where he held key leadership solution architect roles during his six-year tenure, culminating in his position as Principal Solutions Architect. Prior, Malone made impactful contributions in technical leadership positions at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Apple, Chesapeake Systems, and Discovery Communications.

"Christian's appointment as Chief Architect enhances our ability to deliver exceptional results to our clients who are all tasked with solving complex problems rapidly. Christian is an exceptional architect with deep experience as a customer of ServiceNow followed by his six years of experience with ServiceNow as one of their top architects. We are excited to welcome Christian to the Intact team," said Jesse White, CEO, Intact.

In his role, Malone will provide strategic leadership connecting sales, solution architecture, and strategy to ensure that Intact's solutions are taking full advantage of the rapidly maturing ServiceNow platform and aligned to the evolving needs of our customers.

Intact's solution is a fixed-price, outcome-based managed service, expediting the implementation and adoption of new technology and digital native delivery capability for federal agencies and enterprise companies. Intact's combination of strategic governance, leadership in design, proven adoption approach, and agile managed services drives extraordinary results for its customers faster than anyone in the industry.

Brian Crosby, Chief Growth Officer, Intact, emphasized the significance of Malone's role, stating: "Christian's role will be pivotal in shaping our strategic approach as we continue to scale our guaranteed outcome solution offerings. He will help our customers develop future-proof strategic plans and provide ongoing advisory support, aligning their objectives to the optimal technology capabilities and implementation approaches."

"Intact is on a journey of immense growth and innovation. The traditional services model blocks the ability to maximize modern software in an agile way, and Intact's unique business model is the key to solving this longstanding problem. I wanted to be part of that solution," Malone said. "As a long-time partner of Intact during my time at ServiceNow, I've found the company extremely compelling with a strong people-focused culture and leadership that translates to exceptional customer results. I've been impressed with the industry recognition Intact receives, and its ability to vastly improve technology processes for its customers is unmatched. I look forward to leveraging my background to deliver maximum value to our customers."
