Fells provides risk management solutions for a wide range of industries with a large focus in construction, property management and financial services. Fells specializes in serving real estate owners, developers, property managers and contractors. Drawing upon his extensive experience in real estate transactions, Fells helps clients navigate the life cycle of a real estate deal, including acquisition, development, construction and disposition.
