SiTime Appoints Beth Howe as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Art Chadwick Announces Retirement


SiTime Corporation (NASDAQ: SITM), the precision timing company, today announced that Beth Howe has been named SiTime's executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) effective November 8, 2023. Art Chadwick has made the decision to step down as CFO and retire, effective November 7, 2023. He will work with the team and ensure a smooth transition.

"I joined SiTime a little over four years ago to help take the company public, raise capital, and drive growth," said Art Chadwick, CFO SiTime. "I am very happy with what we have accomplished."

SiTime is pleased to announce that Beth Howe has been appointed SiTime's EVP and CFO. Beth will be a key member of the SiTime leadership team reporting to Rajesh Vashist. As CFO, Beth will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial management.

"We welcome Beth, who comes to us with proven financial leadership and deep experience driving performance in scaled, multinational organizations," continued Vashist. "Her wealth of experience will be invaluable as we continue to build market momentum and drive SiTime's future growth and success."

Beth has extensive senior leadership capabilities and more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. During her 17 years at HP Inc., she held numerous strategic finance roles, most recently serving as HP's chief audit executive where she was responsible for leading the company's internal audit program and oversight of enterprise risk management. Prior roles at HP include CFO for HP's multi-billion-dollar Graphics Solutions Business and vice president of investor relations.
