Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions Appoints Todd Regelsberger as Chief Financial Officer


Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions announced that Todd Regelsberger joined the company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective November 6, 2023. Regelsberger comes to Toshiba with more than 25 years of financial experience leading financial teams across controllership, internal auditing, treasury, financial planning and analysis, manufacturing, and international operations. In this role, he will oversee all aspects of financial planning and reporting, including controller function, accounting, treasury, and tax on a global basis to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, shareholder requirements, and regulatory requirements.

Regelsberger joins Toshiba with an impressive track record of accomplishments and a wealth of experience in financial leadership. He has served as CFO at numerous high-profile global organizations with reported annual revenues ranging from $500 million to over $1 billion. In his most recent role, he led the Q2 Solutions (a division of IQVIA) finance organization with a team of more than 100 members on an international scale. He successfully oversaw a significant transition in financial operations, controllership, financial planning, and analysis, as well as integrating multiple acquisitions. Prior to joining Q2 Solutions, Regelsberger held various financial leadership roles with Carrier Corporation, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bausch & Lomb, and Kodak.
