Weaver Companies® Announces Leadership Succession Plan, January 2024


Weaver Companies®, a specialized services provider comprised of four brands sharing common ownership: Weaver Consultants Group®; Landmarc Environmental Systems; Anchor Construction and Sligo Systems, is today announcing its leadership succession plan. Weaver Companies® employs over 600 engineers, scientists, construction specialists, and administrative support personnel, operating out of twenty-three locations across the United States.

The Office of the President within Weaver Companies is currently co-led by Jeff Young, Managing Principal of Operations, and Doug Dorgan, Managing Principal of Administration. Effective January 1, 2024, Doug Dorgan will be stepping down as Managing Principal. The Office of the President will then be expanded where Carolyn Cybulski, Managing Principal ? Administration, Jake Rau, Managing Principal ? Construction, and Jason Edwards, Managing Principal ? Consulting, will join Jeff Young, Managing Principal ? Chairman, as co-presidents of Weaver Companies.

Doug Dorgan, who began his career at Weaver Consultants Group in 1995, has been a Managing Principal since 2017. "It's been a great run, and I've seen enormous changes during my time with the company. There has been a great deal of success and no absence of challenges along the way. I am proud of how the company has evolved in the 28 years since joining." During his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving the success and growth of the company. "I look forward to supporting the organization's new leadership team as they assume their roles in the Office of the President." Although stepping down from his current role, he will remain actively engaged in various executive advisory roles through his 30th anniversary.

Carolyn Cybulski, Jason Edwards, and Jake Rau are all proven leaders in their respective disciplines and are uniquely suited for their new roles. Each has been with the company for over 15 years and bring a variety of experience into the Office of the President. The individual talents within the expanded Office of the President will allow for greater bandwidth and support as well as continued growth opportunities in key service areas.

Jeff Young, with 23 years of service at Weaver Consultants Group and 7 years as a Managing Principal, looks positively on the past and future of the company, "Leadership Succession is one of our key Company Philosophies.
