David Krieger Takes the Helm of GlobalLiving Companies and the PhillyLiving and JerseyLiving Real Estate Teams
Today, Noah Ostroff, Founder of GlobalLiving Companies Inc., a leading real estate businesses in the country, announced David Krieger has taken the helm as Chief Executive Officer. Noah Ostroff, Founder, will remain with GlobalLiving as Brand Ambassador and will help set the strategic vision for the company.
Krieger joined GlobalLiving as Chief Growth Officer in February of 2023 to grow a JerseyLiving team of agents at the Jersey shore through the Keller Williams Jersey Shore and Keller Williams Preferred Properties brokerages. Now, Ostroff and Krieger have plans together to expand the company nationally beginning with the PhillyLiving Team through the KW Empower brokerage. Additionally, they look to expand throughout the surrounding suburbs by working closely with other brokers within the KW network.
"I believe that agents should always be at the center of any team or brokerage and at the center of all our business decisions," says Krieger. "In 2024, we will enhance our level of support to grow the production and the success of our existing agents. This includes focusing our efforts on growing and attracting new agents and teams to the GlobalLiving brand in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and across the nation."
Prior to joining GlobalLiving, Krieger served as the President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Philadelphia & Central Pennsylvania from 2015-2022, overseeing the daily operations of 22 real estate offices and more than 1,700 independent real estate agents. Krieger also served as the Broker of Record for Coldwell Banker Realty for Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, where he had oversight responsibilities for over 25,000 transactions annually. Krieger has served in multiple roles over more than 25 years and has served on the Board of Directors for the local MLS and the Montgomery County Association of REALTORS®. In 2022 he served on the Board of Directors for both the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
