Mark Koers Appointed CEO of Modular Devices in 2024 Leadership Transition

Modular Devices, a nationwide leader in mobile imaging and cleanroom solutions, announces a pivotal leadership transition as Greg Mink steps down as CEO, passing the baton to Mark Koers, effective January 1, 2024. This move follows a carefully planned succession strategy laid out since the involvement of O2 Investment Partners in 2021.

In a social media post, Greg Mink expressed gratitude for 23 remarkable years at Modular Devices, reflecting on the company's journey from its founding in 1987 by his father. He highlighted the impact of Modular's products on various industries, showcasing the company's evolution from providing mobile cath lab services to becoming an influential brand. Mink will continue to contribute strategically as an active member of the Board of Directors and the largest shareholder.

Mark Koers, previously serving as Chief Revenue Officer, shared his appreciation with the Modular Devices team in an end-of-the-year letter. He emphasized the outstanding accomplishments of 2023, including the relocation to a state-of-the-art 107,000-square-foot production facility, the completion of significant cleanroom projects, and the acquisition of Interim Diagnostics Imaging (IDI).

Expressing excitement about the upcoming year, Koers outlined strategic plans and his vision for Modular Devices as the newly appointed CEO. He acknowledged Greg Mink's transformative leadership, pledging to continue the trajectory of growth and expansion.

"I have enjoyed working closely with Greg here for the past 16 years and am proud to call him my friend," said Koers. "Greg's leadership and vision have taken Modular Devices to where it is today. I'm excited to continue on the same path and lead Modular Devices to continued growth and expansion."

Under Koers' leadership, Modular Devices aims to further solidify its position as the premier provider of mobile medical imaging and pre-engineered cleanroom solutions, enabling partners to serve their communities, patients, and customers.
