About Teisuke Hayano

Rear Admiral (Ret.) Teisuke Hayano boasts an illustrious career in the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force, serving from 1978 to 2011. During his tenure, he held various critical roles, including Director of the Department of Defense's intelligence headquarters. His exceptional leadership and strategic vision significantly contributed to the defense capabilities of the nation.

Furthermore, Rear Admiral (Ret.) Hayano has been an influential figure in Japan's Ministry of Defense. In April 2011, after a distinguished career in the JMSDF, Rear Admiral (Ret.) Hayano retired. Since then, he has continued to contribute to the field of cybersecurity, holding positions such as an advisory board member for the Cyber Defense Symposium Atami. His commitment to knowledge sharing is evident through his role as a seminar lecturer on cybersecurity matters.
