CSG Government Solutions Selected to Provide Quality Assurance Services for the Wisconsin Child Support System Modernization


CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, today announced it has been selected to provide Quality Assurance (QA) services for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families' (DCF) Child Support Modernization project.

CHICAGO, March 5, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CSG Government Solutions, a national leader in government program modernization, today announced it has been selected to provide Quality Assurance (QA) services for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families' (DCF) Child Support Modernization project.

DCF is modernizing its legacy child support system to provide the most efficient and high-quality service and assure that children and families receive the proper financial and medical support. CSG will perform quality assurance, quality control, and system testing support to ensure the new system meets state and federal requirements.
