Nashville-based Ludi, Inc., the leader in provider compensation management, today announces the appointment of Tom Arena as Chief Commercial Officer and Eric Leafgreen as Vice President of Provider Compensation. With extensive backgrounds in healthcare finance and technology, both Arena and Leafgreen bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to Ludi as the company expands its provider compensation management solution, DocTime®, to a growing roster of healthcare organizations nationwide.

Arena's career spans 15 years in information technology services and hardware sales, coupled with nearly two decades of driving growth in healthcare services and software markets. Prior to joining Ludi, Arena served as Principal at Crockett Brook Partners, LLC., providing fractional and interim leadership for SaaS growth-stage companies, focusing on healthcare/health system, B2B and innovative marketing strategies. He comes to Ludi from GenesisCare, an integrated oncology and multi-specialty provider network, where he was responsible for developing and negotiating provider compensation models. Previously, Leafgreen served as the Director of Physician Compensation at Phoenix-based Banner Health, one of the nation's largest non-profit health systems. At Banner, he played a crucial role in evaluating Fair Market Value and commercial reasonableness for all healthcare providers within the organization. Additionally, he advised on compensation plans, provider practice acquisitions and overall provider payment practices. Prior to this, Leafgreen was with VMG Health, a national compliance, strategy and transaction advisory firm. He is also a founding board member of the American Association of Provider Compensation Professionals (AAPCP).
