Agilea Solutions Appoints Dylan Riley as Chief Revenue Officer, Propelling Growth and Expansion

Agilea Solutions, a pioneer in technical platforms and managed services for enterprise systems, today announced the appointment of Dylan Riley as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This strategic move comes on the heels of Agilea's recent acquisition of Workerbee, an innovative on-demand talent platform, further solidifying the company's position as a comprehensive solution provider for transforming how companies deliver, maintain, and support their enterprise systems.

Dylan's arrival at Agilea Solutions marks a significant milestone in the company's growth trajectory. With a proven track record of success and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by enterprise customers, Dylan is well-positioned to drive Agilea's sales strategy and expand its market presence. His appointment also reflects the strong relationship he has cultivated with Agilea's founders, Marce and Heiko, having previously collaborated at two companies and partnered on numerous Fortune 500 customer accounts during his tenure as VP of Sales at UKG.

"We are thrilled to welcome Dylan to the Agilea Solutions team," said Marce Roth, CEO of Agilea Solutions. "His expertise, combined with his firsthand knowledge of the challenges our customers face in leveraging technology effectively, makes him the perfect fit to build a world-class sales organization. With the addition of Workerbee to our existing solutions, TestAssure and PayAssure, we are well-positioned to deliver even greater value to our customers, and Dylan will play a crucial role in realizing that vision."

In his new role as CRO, Dylan will focus on three key objectives:

  1. Building a world-class sales organization for TestAssure, PayAssure, and Workerbee, targeting enterprise systems such as UKG, ServiceNow, ADP, Salesforce, Workday, Infor, Tableau and many more.
  2. Formalizing partnerships with leading software companies to integrate the Workerbee platform into their offerings and extend its benefits to their clients.
  3. Collaborating with Agilea's Marketing team to amplify market visibility through written materials and speaking engagements at industry events, including HR Tech, American Payroll Association, and Harvard Business Review.

"I am excited to join the Agilea Solutions team and contribute to the company's growth and success," said Dylan Riley. "The acquisition of Workerbee presents a tremendous opportunity to address the evolving needs of our customers and provide them with a comprehensive suite of solutions. I look forward to working closely with our talented team to expand our reach, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver unparalleled value to our clients."
