Particle Dynamics Appoints New CFO as it Advances its Strategic Growth Plans
Particle Dynamics, a leader in oral solid dosage (OSD) technologies for the pharmaceutical sector, has announced the appointment of industry veteran Mike Kanan as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mike's appointment marks a significant milestone for Particle Dynamics, underscoring the company's commitment to delivering enhanced value to clients and stakeholders.
With more than 30 years' finance experience spanning private equity-owned and public companies including industry giant Sigma Aldrich, acquired by Merck KGaA in 2015, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role at Particle Dynamics. His proven track record in financial leadership and strategic planning will be instrumental in driving Particle Dynamics' continued growth and success in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
As well as overseeing the finance function, Mike will work with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving growth across the organization.

In addition to his six years at Sigma Aldrich as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller, Mike served at Avadel Pharmaceuticals as Chief Financial Officer, a publicly traded specialty pharma company.
