EoS Fitness Kicks Off 2024 with Amplified Growth

EoS Fitness, the fast-growing High Value. Low Price. (HVLP)® gym, with over 125 locations open or on the way, began 2024 with an impressive Q1 packed with new location openings, innovative amenities and executive team developments that illustrate the company's leadership in the health and fitness industry.

"A continued focus on growth and innovation in the first quarter led us to five new gym openings in four states and two new signature amenities with The Set and Assisted Stretch," said Richard Idgar, chief operating officer, EoS Fitness. "EoS will continue this momentum in Q2 with even more new locations, exciting partnerships and some iconic EoS programs like our annual member contest Submit Your Fit. We're raising the bar for the fitness industry and empowering people of all fitness levels with affordable options."

In Q1, EoS signed six new leases between Arizona and Texas, including plans to open the first EoS locations in Dallas, Celina and Hurst in the next two years. Additionally, EoS officially opened its doors to five new locations in four states in Q1:

These new full-service gyms feature cutting-edge amenities, including revolutionary EoS Smart Strength Equipment powered by EGYM, The Tank, the Recovery Room, the Evolt 360 Body Composition Scanner, The EoS Yard®, a huge variety of state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights up to 150 pounds, certified personal trainers, a diverse range of weekly custom choreographed group fitness and cycle classes and more.

The company has no plans to slow down its expansion, with several new openings and lease signings already in place for Q2 to continue providing EoS' growing family with the total fitness experience.

Illustrative of the company's continued commitment to innovation, EoS rolled out new unique amenities in Q1 and reinvested $4 million in existing gyms to add new premium features, with plans to invest another $12 million throughout 2024.

The Set is a dedicated camera-friendly space for content creators to capture health and wellness content without disrupting other members' sweat sessions. The Set offers the latest strength equipment paired with custom art installations curated by local artists, Insta-worthy backdrops, custom mood lighting, specialty playlists and more. The Set is featured at select gyms in Arizona, Florida, Texas and Utah and is coming soon to more EoS locations across the United States.

Through the EoS Assisted Stretch Program, the gym's fitness experts help members move with less pain, lower stress levels and accelerate recovery. Members can access this unique amenity at select EoS locations in Arizona and Utah and at gyms nationwide soon.

"When we say we are the High Value. Low Price. (HVLP)® gym, we are speaking to our culture of constant innovation and drive to bring our members the most value for the investment they are making in themselves when they come to EoS Fitness," said Idgar.

Further extending its leadership across the health and fitness industry in Q1, EoS' Idgar was elected to the board of directors for the Health & Fitness Association (formerly IHRSA), a global community of health and fitness industry leaders. Idgar will serve a four-year term on the board beginning July 1.
