Promega Corporation today launched its annual report on how the biotechnology manufacturer is supporting sustainability, employee wellbeing and global communities. The 2024 Promega Corporate Responsibility Report contains environmental data, summaries of key initiatives and information on how the company aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in its global operations.

Highlights of the 2024 report include:

• Renewable Electricity: Promega now sources 75% of its global electricity from renewable sources. Last year, the company announced a commitment to 100% renewable electricity by 2025.
• Top Workplace: Promega has been recognized as a BioSpace 2024 Best Place to Work. The company also received Top Workplaces USA and Regional (Madison, WI) awards in 2022 and 2023.
• Student Support: The Diversification Of Our Research Scientists (D.O.O.R.S.) Scholarship recognizes and empowers students from underrepresented backgrounds. Ten students received financial support and mentoring from Promega scientists.
• Real World Impact: Promega products help researchers address some of the biggest problems facing humanity in industries including pharmaceuticals, forensics and more.
