Smartkem Announces Uplisting to Nasdaq

MANCHESTER, England, May 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Smartkem, Inc. (OTCQB: SMTK; NASDAQ: SMTK) (the "Company" or "Smartkem"), the developer of a new class of semiconductor polymer transistors with the potential to power the next generation of displays, announced today that the Company has received approval to list its common stock on the Capital Market tier of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") under the symbol "SMTK". Trading on Nasdaq is expected to commence with the open of trading on Friday, May 31^st. Shareholders are not required to take any action as a result of the uplisting.
