Remofirst Announces Expanded HR Solution to Help Companies Manage and Pay Independent Contractors in 150 Countries

Remofirst today announced expanded functionality for its HR solution to help organizations easily manage and pay independent contractors in more than 150 countries, and 50 currencies. Facilitating payments to contractors across the globe, Remofirst's affordable contractor solution ($25 per month per contractor) provides efficient invoice management, payment and reporting. The Remofirst international contractor solution's added functionality includes integration with payment gateways, onboarding of contractors in bulk along with increased data privacy and compliance.

Ideal for global contractor hiring needs, Remofirst's independent contractor solution enables businesses to pay contractors in their preferred currency, automates contractor onboarding and record keeping and reduces compliance risk, while ensuring that contractors are paid on time. Providing a centralized view of contractor contracts, Remofirst helps businesses gain comprehensive insights into contractor payments and expenses, empowering them to make informed decisions and optimize contractor management strategies.

The new features in Remofirst's solution for contractors includes:

* Bulk upload of contractors to facilitate the hiring and onboarding of large numbers of contractors worldwide. It creates, amends and terminates contractor statements of work in bulk.

* Integrations with payment platforms, such as Nium, enabling smooth transactions via bank transfers. This eliminates the hassle of managing multiple payment systems and ensures timely and secure payments to contractors.

* Increased data privacy and compliance: Safeguards the personal data of independent contractors in accordance with data privacy legislation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. The Remofirst platform also automates Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in seconds to ensure compliance and to mitigate risks. KYC is part of an overall due-diligence program that verifies identities and researches the backgrounds of customers, clients and suppliers.

"We make it easy and affordable to work with the world's best contractors quickly and risk-free, enabling businesses to tap into global talent without establishing a permanent presence in a foreign market," said Nurasyl Serik, CEO and cofounder of Remofirst. "With these new features, our solution makes it even easier to streamline the contractor hiring process for businesses of all sizes."

Remofirst does not charge any setup fees or minimum deposits for contractors, and the price per contractor starts at $25 per month. In addition, Remofirst enables businesses to easily convert their contractors to full-time employees.
