InventHelp Inventor Develops Improved Nurse Call Panel System (BDH-292)


PITTSBURGH, July 1, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- "I wanted to create a new and improved nurse call panel that would have both audio and video communication features as well as provide for the communication needs of vision and hearing impaired persons and those with upper limb mobility-dexterity issues," said an inventor, from Baltimore, Md., "so I invented the SARAH NURSE CALL BUTTON. My design would offer a more accessible call system."

The invention provides improvements to nurse call station equipment to enhance communication. In doing so, it can be used by patients having vision, hearing, or upper limb mobility disabilities and impairments. As a result, it increases communication, convenience and safety. The invention features an innovative design that is easy to operate so it is ideal for hospitals, nursing homes, etc.
