Smith Names Alicia O'Leary Director of Operations and Quality, EMEA

Alicia will foster growth and innovation at the company's distribution center in Europe

In this role, Alicia will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's European distribution hub in Amsterdam and strategize ways to maximize efficiency and quality excellence.

She quickly became an expert on Smith's operational processes and developed invaluable interdepartmental connections across its global offices. She was promoted to her most recent position of Operations Supervisor ? Support Services in December 2022.
