ALTON, Ill., March 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- A Chicago federal judge this week dismissed with prejudice a lawsuit by J-M Manufacturing Company, also known as J-MM and JM Eagle, against Simmons Hanly Conroy, one of the nation's largest mesothelioma law firms, citing J-MM's failure to plead a basic requirement of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
